How does it work?
1. Scan
When bin "A" is empty, remove
from shelf and scan at the iBin.
iBin is equipped with a built-in laser scanner, so no need for scan guns or
CMI fobs
RFID scanning is also available upon request.
Barcodes can be adjusted and customized to fit your companies specific
use-case.
2. Drop
Simply Drop bin "A" into the
iBin's built-in depository.
There is enough room to house many types and sizes of quantum-style storage
bins.
The Depository is lined with easily removable canvas. This
reduces noise and aids in the re-fill process.
Storing emptied bins inside the iBin keeps them consolidated and in a
consistent location that is easily identified by both your personnel, and our delivery team.
3. Walk Away
AFI takes care of the rest!
The iBin instantly sends your scan to AFI. We will process the
transfer/order,
and deliver the parts on your next scheduled delivery date.
Upon delivery, our AFI Team member will open the front panel, remove the
bins, fill, and place the bins back in their designated shelf space.
